Joon Wellness is a practice that is based in the teachings of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine with the background in Western and Eastern modalities of therapy.

  • Price: $350 / 2-3 hours

    This therapy is and comprehensive in nature. During your time you will receive a holistic consultation to understand where your imbalances are from the lens of Ayurveda and neuromuscularly.

    This therapy is based in the foundations of an Abyanga, body work with customized oil for your dosic needs. The therapy works with the fascia as well as the lymphatic system.

    Therapies are customized with overlapping frameworks:

    Ayurveda, TCM (Chinese Traditional Medicine), lymphatic drainage, structural integration, neuromuscular therapy, cranial sacral, shiatsu/acupressure, Energetic work 

    Every Therapy Includes:

    • 10-15 min contextualized assessment based on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic needs through the lens of Ayurveda and structural integration. 

    • Tongue reading (not mandatory)

    • 5 min - 8 min gate assessment 

    • 90 - 150+ min of bodywork

    • Follow up, care instructions and exercises to continue the work on your own

    • Pre & post-self-integrated assignment

    If warranted, therapy may also include:

    Cupping, Guasha, Cranial sacral, Reiki, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, inner oral trigger point release, and other treatments based on assessment.  

  • Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Oil Massage)
    Abhyanga is the traditional full-body Ayurvedic oil massage, performed with warm, herbalized oils tailored to your dosha. This practice improves circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, nourishes the skin and tissues, and calms the nervous system. Regular Abhyanga has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, balance hormones, and support detoxification. It is both preventive and restorative, helping the body maintain resilience and balance in every stage of life.

    Pinda Sveda
    Pinda Sveda is a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic treatment using warm herbal poultices (boluses) filled with medicated rice, herbs, or powders chosen for your constitution. The heated compresses are rhythmically massaged over the body to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, ease joint and muscle pain, and promote lymphatic flow. This treatment is especially beneficial for stiffness, arthritis, fatigue, and postnatal recovery, as it both detoxifies and strengthens the tissues.

    Udvartana (Ayurvedic Herbal Scrub)
    Udvartana is a stimulating Ayurvedic therapy that uses warm, herbal powders or pastes massaged into the skin to encourage circulation, exfoliation, and detoxification. This treatment helps reduce stagnation, improve lymphatic flow, and support weight management by breaking down excess Kapha (heaviness, water retention, sluggishness). It leaves the skin soft, toned, and rejuvenated while invigorating the whole body.

  • Pregnancy and postpartum bring profound changes to the body that can create tension, swelling, and discomfort. Our sessions are designed to safely support you through these transitions. Using techniques that promote circulation, relieve pressure, and enhance lymphatic flow, this helps ease back pain, hip tightness, and fluid retention common in pregnancy.

    Postpartum care focuses on restoring balance, calming the nervous system, and encouraging natural healing of muscles and tissues. Each session is customized to meet your stage of motherhood and support your body’s recovery, vitality, and long-term well-being.

  • This treatment blends therapeutic bodywork techniques to address muscle strain, joint stiffness, and chronic pain. Using targeted deep tissue work, stretching, and myofascial release, sessions are designed to improve mobility, support recovery, and reduce inflammation. Whether you’re managing an injury, training for performance, or dealing with long-term discomfort, this work restores functional movement patterns and supports the body’s natural healing process.

  • Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that works with the body’s subtle energy systems to promote balance, stress reduction, and relaxation. During a session, light touch or hands hovering above the body help restore energetic flow, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing response. Research has shown Reiki can reduce pain, improve sleep, and enhance emotional well-being—making it a supportive therapy for both physical and mental health.

  • Remote sessions bring the benefits of body–mind healing directly to you, wherever you are. Using tools like guided self-massage, Ayurvedic lifestyle planning, nutritional guidance, and distance Reiki, I create customized support to meet your needs from the comfort of your own space. Virtual consultations allow us to assess imbalances, design at-home practices, and establish rituals that promote long-term health and balance. These sessions are ideal for anyone seeking professional, holistic care without the need to travel.

  • Ayurvedic nutritional programming is a customized approach to diet and lifestyle based on your unique constitution (dosha). Through assessment of your current state of balance, we create a food plan that supports digestion, reduces inflammation, and restores harmony to the body. Each recommendation draws from traditional Ayurvedic principles—choosing foods, spices, and meal rhythms that optimize energy, improve elimination, and strengthen immunity. This program provides practical guidance and meal strategies you can integrate into daily life for lasting health.

  • Workshops are designed to educate and empower individuals and groups with practical tools for self-care. Topics range from Ayurvedic nutrition, seasonal wellness, and stress reduction to self-massage techniques, mindfulness, and energetic healing practices.
